When will my preorder ship?

All preorders go into production within two weeks of release on November 5, 2025.

Estimated shipping/delivery: Late January to early February.

How will I get updates?

All preorder updates — including production and shipping — will be sent by SMS only.

Can I cancel or change my order?

All preorders are final — no cancellations, size changes, or address edits after checkout.

Where do you ship?

We currently ship throughout the U.S. and Canada.

When will I get tracking?

Tracking numbers will be sent via SMS once your order ships out in January 2026.

Are preorders limited?

Yes — this first drop is limited to our initial production run.
